FallCon Reimbursement Request

Bookstores can request reimbursement for the following reasons:

Travel & Lodging Reimbursement
A bookseller was invited to sit at a publisher’s table for a keynote meal event
A bookseller helped with FallCon programming (sat on a panel, emceed an event, staffed the Ask an Expert Booth)

All requests must be submitted by November 8, 2024.

To qualify for Travel & Lodging Reimbursement your store must be an MPIBA member bookstore in good standing that is located more than 30 miles from the event location (Denver, CO).

2 People ($100 reimbursement)

3+ People ($125 reimbursement)

Guest of Publisher at Meal Event

We will reimburse any bookstore who purchased a ticket for an event and was later invited to sit with a publisher.
